A manageable next step
Find the gaps in your object records.
A collection may have one well-documented object beside another with only a title. The evidence overview helps you decide which record to work on next, using the checks you entered.
Three different kinds of unfinished work
- Needs review: you have not marked a check reviewed.
- Missing required original: a check requires an original, but none is linked to it. A file attached elsewhere on the object does not satisfy that link.
- No checks recorded: the object has no checklist yet. This is shown separately and never treated as complete.
A check may need both review and an original. These totals overlap; they are not separate objects to add together.
Search, then open the record
Filter the overview and search titles, categories or check wording. Private notes, storage locations, amounts, history and filenames are not searched. Open an object to add a check, link evidence or record your review. Removing an original clears its links and resets affected checks.
Make a selected worklist
Choose the objects you want, review the text and download it. The worklist includes all checks for those objects, even when your search matched only one check. It excludes private fields and original files. Changing your collection, filter, search or selection clears the old download review.
A checklist is a record of your work
Completed checks do not authenticate an object, prove ownership, determine its value or establish insurance coverage. Keep source documents and their context, and record uncertainty honestly.
