Twenty objects, their own records

Keep a title, category, user-entered attribution, marks, dimensions with units, private location and private notes. Blank dates and dimensions remain unknown.

Original evidence, linked deliberately

Attach up to ten JPEG, PNG or PDF originals per object, 20 MB each and 100 MB across the collection. New browser image imports are limited to 40 megapixels. Link originals to dated history and custom evidence checks. Removing an original clears its links and resets affected checks for review.

Amounts with context

Record purchase prices, asking prices, owner estimates and documented appraisals separately, with a currency, optional date and source. The app preserves decimal precision and does not combine these entries into a current value.

Two kinds of export

A full private backup keeps every object, original and private field. A selected-object ZIP includes the public object fields, plus history, amounts and files you explicitly choose. Review its text and filenames before downloading.
