Private by the shape of the record

Your collection stays in this browser.

The app stores records and original files locally in IndexedDB. It does not create accounts or upload your collection. Clearing this site’s browser data removes its saved data; downloaded copies remain where you saved them.

A full private backup contains all objects, notes, locations, amounts, history, checks and originals. A selected-object handoff excludes private notes, private location and evidence checks. History, amounts and originals require explicit selection.

Selected text can still include personal details you typed. Selected originals retain filenames and all original contents, including embedded metadata. This is not a redaction tool.

If recovery replaces an unreadable stored record, its exact previous record is retained in the browser’s recovery store before replacement. That archive is not an external backup and is removed when this site’s data is cleared.

Cloudflare serves the website and receives ordinary connection information. Product code has no advertising or analytics scripts. External comparison links have their own policies.
