A smaller record to share

Put the objects you choose on paper.

A full collection backup contains everything you keep. A printable catalog can present just a few selected objects, their descriptive fields and an optional photograph for each.

Start with a selection

Open Printable catalog in the notebook. Select the objects you want. Nothing starts selected, and no photographs are added automatically. Each catalog entry includes its title, category, user-entered attribution, marks and dimensions. Blank fields remain unrecorded.

Choose photographs deliberately

Optionally choose one existing JPEG or PNG original for each selected object. PDF files are excluded. Photographs must total at most 10 MB and each must be within 40 megapixels. The catalog embeds unchanged image bytes, including any embedded metadata. It does not crop, redact or strip location data from images.

Private location, private notes, history, amounts, evidence checks and original filenames are excluded from catalog text. A selected photograph can itself contain a receipt, private information or a storage location. Inspect the source image before including it.

Review, download, print

Choose US Letter or A4, then review the included fields and photograph selections. Download the reviewed HTML file and open it locally. Use your browser’s Print command to print or save as PDF with the matching paper size. Disable browser headers and footers if you do not want the local file path printed.

Each object begins on a new page. Long descriptions continue naturally onto further pages instead of being clipped. The HTML needs no account or network connection. It is a readable export, not a restorable collection backup.

Keep the underlying notebook

Creating a catalog does not change saved collection records or originals. Editing, restoring or switching objects clears the catalog selection and review. Keep full private backups separately. User-entered descriptions and photographs do not establish authenticity, ownership, insurance coverage or current value.
